Higher waste processing capacity means greater BioCNG output, maximizing profitability and sustainability for every project.
We believe every ton of organic waste is an untapped opportunity. By leveraging our advanced BioCNG technology and EPC expertise, we transform waste into a clean, high-value energy source that delivers both environmental benefits and strong financial returns. Our end-to-end solutions ensure maximum gas yield, operational reliability, and compliance with the latest industry standards. With us as your partner, you’re not just investing in a plant—you’re investing in a sustainable, profitable future.
Super Hybrid Napier Grass, a fast-growing and high-yield energy crop, serves as an excellent feedstock for BioCNG production. Cultivation begins with proper field preparation and timely planting to ensure optimum growth and nutrient content. Once matured, the grass is harvested and transported to the processing site, where it undergoes chopping and beating to reduce fiber length and improve digestibility.
This processed material is then mixed with water and converted into a fine paste, creating a homogeneous slurry that is ideal for efficient anaerobic digestion, by transferring it to Pre-digesters & Main Digesters ensuring higher biogas yield and smoother plant operations.
Biogas is first stored and then purified using a hybrid system combining a water scrubber and VPSA technology to remove CO₂, H₂S, and moisture. The purified methane, achieving the desired purity level, is compressed using a booster compressor into high-pressure cascades. Finally, the BioCNG is dispatched to the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for distribution.
Harnessing the power of organic waste, we produce Bio-CNG that fuels industries, vehicles, and communities without harming the planet. Our solutions reduce carbon emissions, conserve resources, and promote a sustainable energy future for all.
